The podcasts I subscribed to were from itunes. They are called "No More Boring Fitness," and "Fitness Routines from Liz at Model Herbs.com." Both had some fun fitness routines that could be used in the classroom. The first podcast mentioned has a fitness routine that is done to some fun music and also has a hula hoop routine. The second podcast has a great full body workout that involves using a body bar. I don't have body bars, but I do have hockey sticks that we used in its place.
